Hello,
I have installed CME 12.0 on CISCO 2911 with CUE module, all the SIP phones are registering properly and working fine. When I am trying to call Voicemail number 7000 I get a fast busy tone. I am attaching the cme and cue config please let me know how to resolve.

no voice register dn 47
After that enter the command:
Router(config-telephony)#create cnf-files

Hi Leonardo,
I think you're right about deleting the voice register DN, but it would be the voice register global area which would need to be reset instead of telephony services. So it would be:
voice register global
no create profile
create profile

I did a trouble shoot step by step
First I did a debug on dial peer to see if its reaching the correct dial peer
Second I i went and checked the settings in CUE and all them were correct
Third I have checked the licenses Where I ran the command
show license status Application
I found Voicemail disabled.
I enabled and started working ..
