Cisco 2911 CME router - FXO port loop issue

We have Cisco CISCO2911/K9 configured as CME - with IOS c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-3.M1

Often we face problem of  all the voice ports are stuck with same number, as shown below.

FXO ports are not releasing calls and all the ports displaying same PSTN number and no one else can make or receive calls.

Once we shut and no shut voice ports, then FXO port becomes free for calls.

Hi Rajesh,

This looks to be the common fxo disconnect supervision not working issue as described in the following link

Please check if the FXO ports have been configured accordingly, there are numerous posts on CSC related to this issue like the one below, important part is getting/decoding the correct settings for your setup
