Hi
for several weeks, 6825 headphones operating with DBS-210 (multicell) bases periodically send some codes, it happens when turning on the handset or changing the base.
Calls on the exchange are visible as incoming from the number configured in the handset, while in the history of calls they are presented as incoming.
I cannot find any information why this is happening, previously, for about 6 months, such a situation did not occur.
Have any of you encountered this, is there any solution to this problem?

Hi there,
I'm not sure I understand whats happening.
Is the 6825 handset sending codes?
May I ask what firmware are you running on both, base station and handset?
Thanks
Geo

yes, 6825 is sending codes like this:
here it looks incoming call but on PBX is SIP INVITE from registred number

I still don't get it.
Is the 6925 initiating these codes? It looks like incoming calls from 37215310 and 37183407? Are these numbers registered to your PBX?
What is the firmware running on the 6825 and base station?
