Cisco 6825 DBS210 - weird codes

M.S.88
Level 1
Level 1

Hi

for several weeks, 6825 headphones operating with DBS-210 (multicell) bases periodically send some codes, it happens when turning on the handset or changing the base.
Calls on the exchange are visible as incoming from the number configured in the handset, while in the history of calls they are presented as incoming.
I cannot find any information why this is happening, previously, for about 6 months, such a situation did not occur.

Have any of you encountered this, is there any solution to this problem?

Hi there,

I'm not sure I understand whats happening.

Is the 6825 handset sending codes?

May I ask what firmware are you running on both, base station and handset?

Thanks

Geo

I still don't get it.

Is the 6925 initiating these codes? It looks like incoming calls from 37215310 and 37183407? Are these numbers registered to your PBX?

What is the firmware running on the 6825 and base station?

on dect screen looks like incoming but on PBX also as incoming:

Hi,

There are a few questions that we need to clear out:

  1. What is the call control being used.
  2. What is the firmware being used on both, handset and base station?
  3. Is the SIP invite initiating from the base station? Is the invite expected?
  4. What is the dial plan being used?
  5. If the handset registered?
  6. Are you able to dial out ?
  7. Are you able to receive calls?

Very interested to know why the handset is sending an invite to 20671273

Thanks

geo
