Cisco 6941 phones are showing Incorrect Time

Hi,

We have 6941,7945,7975 phones which is registered on CME (10.5). 7945,7975 phones are showing correct time as we set, but 6941 phones showing incorrect time (3 hour before).

6941 phone firmware is (Sccp-9-4-1-3SR1) and we have downgrade to (9-3-3-2-SR1) but issue is still persisting.

Does all 6941 phones showing incorrect time ? can you try to factory reset one of these phone and see. Suresh

Yes. All 6941 phones are showing incorrect  time. If we are doing factory reset phone is showing upgrading till we unplug the phone.
