Cisco 7821 Parse Error [4] when accessing Corporate Directory

Hi,

Unable to access Corporate Directory, softkey template has changed (DND has appeared) and speakerphone volume slide bar doesn't display.

This happens intermittently on different phones and temporarily disappears if unplugged.

CUCM Version:System version: 10.0.1.10000-24
Phone firmware:sip78xx.10-1-1-9

 

Any suggestions?

Hello guys!

 

I'm facing the same issue here with some CP-7821 phones.

When a search is made in the corporate directory, the users receive a "XML parser error"


I do believe that this problem is related to this bug CSCse37151

The AD catalog has more than 10 thousands accounts and I can not edit them.

Currently we are using these versions:

CCM 9.1.2.10000-28

Phone load: sip78xx.10-1-1SR2-1

 

Please, I'd like to know if this firmware sent by TAC worked or not.

                          Yes , it resoled the issued , However i suggest to to apply on

one test phone , then apply to all..

             The probem resolved by this firmware .Please upload thorigh TFTP management . then upload on one phone before all .
