Hi,
Unable to access Corporate Directory, softkey template has changed (DND has appeared) and speakerphone volume slide bar doesn't display.
This happens intermittently on different phones and temporarily disappears if unplugged.
CUCM Version:System version: 10.0.1.10000-24
Phone firmware:sip78xx.10-1-1-9
Any suggestions?

I am getting the same error with below also i upgrade the firmware version but still same
result. Did you find the solution ?

Hi Shib,
Its an unresolved bug. Just this second come off the phone with TAC. The firmware provided to me (sip78xx.10-2-1-10) doesn't resolve the issue. Apparently Cisco are releasing a newer firmware this week hopefully.

I have just upgraded to the latest firmware for this issue too & it has not made any difference. The test phone i have put the firmware in has returned the same error again.
Firmware Load No: sip78xx.10-3-1-12
This was rumoured to fix the issue previously but has not worked for me.
Anyone had anymore progress with this recently?

For all those who have similar issues, the firmware version i was using (The latest one at the time) was not compatable with the United Kingdom locale, both User & Network. Setting these to United States resolved the issue.
Cisco TAC helped me resolve.
Load name - sip78xx.10-3-1-12

Did you integrate AD with CM ? because i fonund that after schedule re-sync with AD, Most of the phones give this error .

I have received attached firmware version from Cisco .i already uploaded
in cucm and monitoring now .Hope it will fix this issue.

Hi Shaikh,
Did this firmware resolve the issue with the 7821 not being able to access the Corporate Directory?
Also, I'm interested to know how you changed the firmware for the phone, to the firmware that you attached? Did you do this manually per phone, i.e. not via the CUCM since you did not have a COP file?
