Pls check the attachment.

Th

You don't need to upgrade it , you just need to upload it.

Go to the TFTP file management option under software upgrade and once you click on upload file a small window will pop up asking to browse that file locally from the machine and select the directory as "/".

Hey Manish,

The same problem :(

Did you went through the steps that i mentioned above ? which error did you get when you selected the file and click on upload file ?

Can you walk through the steps that you using while uploading this file ?

Hii,

I upload the file and I don't receive any error, I restart the TFTP and CallManger and the problem is still on.

I check on TFTP and I don't find the file with the name:

 j9-tzdata.jar.sgn

The Phone still restarting and register and restart :(

Can you capture the console messages of phone and also the TFTP traces from cucm and attach it here.

Hi ,

In addition to what Manish has said, from CLI you run run the command file list tftp *tzdata* and check whether file has been uploaded or not.

regds,

Hey,

The same problem, I add the Phone to another CUCM and it's working fine, in my opinion is something with the trust between the CUCM and the Phone:(

I dont now how to check or what I have to check, any ideas?

Yours isn't registering due to CUCM sending a 404 Not Found in response to the Register:

Make sure that all nodes have the device pack installed and have been rebooted.  Make sure that dbreplication is okay by running "utils dbreplication runtimestate" from publisher.

Make a new post for your issue so it can be tracked easier.

Restart the Cluster again and it works ( no comment).
