Cisco 7936 load fail

I have a CME 3.3 configured and working.

I downloaded the file "cmterm_7936.3-3-5-0.bin" when i load it on the router i have the message "cmterm_7936.3-3-5-0 does not exist.

When i reboot the cisco 7936 it could not load the file and using the firmware for 7960.

The result is that the voice is not clair

my IOS is "Version 12.4(3c)"

Hi Eric,

assuming you copy the file in the main directory, you will configure;

tftp-server flash:/cmterm_7936.3-3-5-0.bin alias cmterm_7936.3-3-5-0.bin

telephony-service

load 7935 cmterm_7936.3-3-5-0.bin

Then, please type 'debug tftp event' and terminal monitor'. restart the phone and observe the booting process. If it fails upgrading code, post the above output here.
