Not sure how you accidentally reset a phone, but, if it had a certificate you'll need to re-enroll it on the device configuration page before it will register.

If it's over MRA then you would have to choose that service mode and domain, and sign in again. IIRC if it had a cert and it's over MRA then you have to bring it back to the corporate network to re-enroll the device.

HI there
Whats the current firmware running on the phone ? Whats happening if you add the phone load name staright into the phone configuration

Check the firmware under Device >> Device Default, copy the firmware load name, then Device >> Phone >> Phone Load Name >> Save >>Apply config, then reset if required

Hope this Helps

Cheers
Rath!

I can't use the phone, when I switch it on the speaker light stays on (Screen is blank). There is no firmware on it. I would like to know if there is a way to put the firmware on the phone when it doesn't really do anything.
