About 5 of our 10 Cisco 7975G Ip phones now have a black spot on the middle of the left had side of the screen. We do not have Hardware support on the handsets. Has anyone seen this issue, and if so, what are my options for repair? I figure since half of mine are having the issues, surely others have seen it.

There is a defect for the LCD displays on those phones
http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCtq57134. We'll have to RMA them if they're under contract/warranty.

Thanks Guys. Since I don't have active support on those, I guess I'm out of luck.

They still have 1 year warranty even if you don't have a support contract.
It just takes 10 business days to replace the phone, where as if you had a support you would get a next business day replacement.
