Hi,
CUCM version is 11.5 and the 8831 Active Load ID is sip8831.10-3-1SR3-5
I have tried to rest sitting All and security but the problem still exist….. I have checked the device pool and date / time group is correct. Any help on that

Do you have proper Phone NTP Reference, Date/Time Group configured and assigned to the Device Pool of the phone?

Yes NTP Reference is OK, and Date/Time Group is configured correctly and attached to the devise pool, all phone showing the correct time instead of 8831

Can you browse the IP address of the phone and post the screen shot of the first page?

Is the time-zone and time showing here invalid as well? If so, what if you change the time/date group on it to use different time-zone, does it change?

Time Zone is OK but it showing the GMT time instead

Can you try another time-zone to see if the issue is with adjusting the time to that time zone, i.e. a bug, etc.

Any ideas? Same problem here, full reset, security reset, nothing helps.
Web interface shows correct time zone but time is still GMT

My all other phones (7821,8811,8841) are showing actual time.
i applied this: clock set hh:mm:ss mmm dd yyyy for the time change all are updated except this 8831.

I resolved this problem on CUCM 9.1.2 by updating Firmware of conference phones to 10.3(1)SR4b.
On Resolved Caveats of this update you will encounter:
CSCvi33539 8831 phone displaying wrong time for Asia/Kolkata time zone
CSCvf95630 8831 IP Phone not taking particular timezone Africa/Dar_es_Salaam
Note that you will not be able to downgrade to a firmware earlier than 10.3(1)SR3 if you perform the update.
