Cisco 8841 navigation button issue.

is there any way to change 4 way navigation button configuration on cisco 8841 or in CUCM?

I want to change their places(make all calls down, new call upper button and etc).

I wasn't able to find any useful information.

Are you referring to the softkey button layout? If so, yes you can re-arrange them in CUCM.

I mean this button, covered with red. In the documentation it's called navigation cluster.

This is just a navigation button that allows you to select menus, there is no way to change its behavior as far as I know, from idle state pressing down will bring up Speed Dials and pressing up call log, pressing Down should do nothing from idle main screen.

It changed after software upgrade and I was looking for any way to change it.

Down - favorites, Up - all calls. Left and right one do nothing.
