Hello to all ,
I have CUCM 8.6.2.22900-9 and a particular case :
A Cisco 8961 is not registered , the message in the CUCM is rejected , and in the phone{s display is Phone not registered .
I have test in a lot of ways ( shut and no sht of the sw port , factory default to the phone , Static IP address ) and nothing works .
Can anybody help me ?

Is phone defined in CUCM or are you using auto registration?
What is the status messages log show on the phone?
Did you delete all certs from phone?

The phone is defined in CUCM .
The messages are :
VPN not configurated
VPN error
MAC.cnf.xml.cgn ( http )
Trusted list updated
updating trusted list
and a loop of this ..........
How can I delete the certs of the phone ??

Its registered !!!
THIS MODEL never is registered without a directory number .

Chris , I add a directory number and the phone was registered inmediatly

Hallo how do additional a directory Number only with command line?

For CUCM, you don't create Directory Numbers (DNs) via the command line, only the GUI.
Or do you have CUCME (CUCM Express)?
