Hi,
Running UCM 7.1.5 and new Cisco 9971 Video IP Phones are deployed.
FAC are enabled for outgoing calls. If the user making outgoing call from 9971 IP Phone,the FAC which user enters for making outgoing call is visible in text format on the display of 9971 IP Phone( It suppose to display ******).
Help me out !!! (Not to display the FAC code visible in text format on 9971 IP Phone).

Check very latest CM and phone software are installed.
If they are, complain to TAC and do not accept bogus "new feature needed" answers. They may say that because it is a SIP phone and works differently from SCCP.
It would be time enough for Cisco to learn what user needs are before releasing products.
