Hello,

We have a Cisco ATA 191 that is not able to send and receive faxes but can make calls and recive calls. We have cucm 12.5 any suggestions?

Hi there

just curious what’s the call flow and protocol you are using here.

Passthrough has some issues compared to T.38. With secure it’s even worse

Check. what fax protocol your ISP support it can t.38 and passthrough accordingly you need to make changes to the configuration for fax to work. 

Kindly share your config and confirm the fax protocol your ISP supports.
