I added new license my Call Manager ,but My old licenses seem invalid on the license manager

Hi Ozden,
This is CUCM 10.x so you need to install the licenses on your Prime License Manager ( PLM ) as PLM manages licenses for CUCM 10.x. if you have installed the licenses on PLM and still the issue is persisting then you can email licensing@cisco.com or call TAC Frontline to open a case with licensing team so that they can validate and provide you the correct license if needed along with instructions on how to do it.

Go to Enterprise License Manager
https://<CUCM IP> and choose License Manager.
Search for License>utilization report to check how many Lic are installed and where it is exceeding.
