just curious...sometimes, when I collect rtmt --> Call Manager logs, I don't see any SDL folders!!! Only seeing Call Logs but other times I see CallLogs and SDL together?

This would mean that there was no SDL logs for the defined time period on that specific node when your collecting the logs in RTMT.

Try to collect CCM logs and select all nodes during trace collection.
Also make sure the logs which you want to collect should not be overwritten so collect recent logs when issue recreates.
