Cisco CME and Phone 8851 BLF configuration

Hello, 

 I have Cisco CME and Phones 8851

I configured BLF on my user, that secretary know that other line is busy. I used this configuration blf-speed-dial 1 673 label "ZZZZZ"
blf-speed-dial 2 674 label "VVVVV" for that two  user  and i add in dn allow watch. It doesnt work

Does anybody have same problem, please help me.

Please double-check that you performed all of the steps noted in the config document, including the sip-ua and template configuration. CUCM Express Administration Guide: Chapter: Presence Service - Configure Presence Service 

If you have all of these configured, please post your configuration that shows all of these components so we can take a look.
