Cisco CP-8841 3C Phone System Custom xml template

Hi everyone, 

I tried to register a cisco cp-8841 to the 3CX Phone System and It was successful. But I could not apply tr_TR language and NTP setting for the Turkey.

I had a big trouble about keepAlive of the cisco. Cisco was disapperars (seem unregisted) on the 3CX Phone System when it whereas alive. After that, Cisco can make call but no incoming calls permitted by 3CX for other users due to seem unregister of Cisco.
I couldn't see any keep alive or reregister attempt messages after the unregister of the cisco when I check via wireshark.
and Leo Laohoo solved the keepalive problem with changing the my custom xml file

I am struggling to change timezone as Turkey and language as Turkish.
I am also tried to add some custom line key for speed dial and assigned just one button as successful, but I want to add more speed dial button for Cisco CP-8841.

If IST is +1 GMT then the timezone should be 

<timeZone>W. Europe Standard/Daylight Time</timeZone>
<olsonTimeZone>Europe/Istanbul</olsonTimeZone>

Actually Istanbul is +3 GMT

What is your advice about Localization (turkish language of the phone) and speed dial buttons ?

should I remove olsonTimeZone when I use the "Russian Standard/Daylight Time" ?
Because It is still 1 hour behind.

Hi Leo Laohoo, I tried Arabia Standad Time with olsonTime Asia/Kuwait and Russian Standard/DayLight Time but time is 16:30 when it alaigned to russian time or arabian time. I also tried to set my local ntp server but still the same... my xml is like at the below;

What is the difference of the time of the phone and the actual timezone? +/-30 minutes?

It shows 3 JUN 2020 and 16:30 when the real date time is 09.06.2020 09:30

That's +7 hours difference. What country is the phone meant to be in? Turkey, wasn't it?

Yes, the phone located in Turkey, Turkey in GMT+3 time zone. So It s 11:06 15.06.2020 right now in Turkey.

For Turkey, it is either Russian Standard/Daylight Time or Saudi Arabia Standard Time.
