Hi,
we have the following setup:
SIP-Provider -> CUBE -> CUCM -> Telephones
CUBE is connected to CUCM via SIP (Dial-peers are controlling the destination)
When someone from the outside calls a number that isn't registered in CUCM (we have a block of 5000 numbers registered with our provider), then the call bounces back to our Sip-Provider (with message "not found").
Would it be possible to redirect a call on CUBE if a destination number is not found?
Thanks,
issc

Just wondering is exactly is the end result you are trying to obtain. If the call that comes in is not registered to your CUCM you want a difference message to play other than the one from the carrier or you want it to go to someone registered to your CUCM or a system call handler.
If that is the case in CUCM you just up a translation pattern that summarizes your DID range so that if a specific pattern doesn't exist the generic translation pattern will be used to send to the desired location.

ok, so you have 5000 numbers, what does your dial peer to cucm look like?
say you have a 1000 number block , using in a single dial peer, 9... that dial peer points to cucm, so cube sends it on, you might have only a few phones registered in the 9xxx range, the cube doesnt care about that, if cucm canty resolve for instance 9123 becuase it has no extension, cucm makes the descision to cancel the call, not the cube.
so to answer your question. I dont think it is possible, unless you make very specific dial peers on your cube.
