Cisco Expansion Module 7915

         Hi All - I am having an issue with the sidecars that are attached to our 7962 phones.  The lights are not flashing amber when calls are incoming.  I supercopied the phone and the new phone does flash.  I thought be default all inbound calls should ring with an amber light.  Is there a setting on the phone or something in call manager that i am missing.  I want the reception phones to be consistent and they are not at this time.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Don't you need a 7915 for a 7962?

I thought the 7914 were only for the 7961s.

Are they shared lines?  SDs? BLF SDs?

They are all BLF SDs.
