Does it show registered on CUCM side?

Is the IPC configured on IPC with a DN?

Chris

On CUCM phone is registered and it is not displaying anything except time and date. DN is configured for IPC but it is not displaying it which is the problem I'm facing here...

Based on that description I would think SCCP traffic is blocked or lost from CUCM to the laptop.

Hi,

Is there a solution for this problem?

I'm currently experiencing the same issue.

Thanx.

Ruben

Hi There,

Looks like the issue will be resolved on CUCM 9.0…

The workaround:

Create/ add the Device on the call manager using SIP protocol it will work.

This is what I did to get the clients up running.

Please let me know if you require more information.

Kind Regards

Hi Simon,

Thank you for the reply. The migration of the CIPC SCCP to SIP is working.

We will use SIP on our CIPC for now.

kind regards,

Ruben

Hi Ruben,

no problem.

Thanks for the feedback

Regards

Simon
