Cisco IP Phone 7841 Model have Hookswitch issue due this calls are disconnecting.

Hi Team,

 

Our Organization has procured 9000+ IP Phones 7841, 8841 ,8851,8865 & dx650 after implementation IP Telephony in 2018,Nowadays we are facing HOOK SWITCH problem in 30% IP Phone 7841 model .Kindly resolve issue at the earliest.

Hi there,
For a problem like yours you need to contact your vendor or cisco directly to request an RMA like Nithin Eluvathinga suggest
the support forum is NOT Cisco's support helpdesk

these are "volunteers" , users of cisco products that try to help other users.
sometime you are lucky when such a user is a Cisco employee and can help to forward the issue to Cisco internally
but don't take this for granted.

Please contact Cisco through your Partner (Partner Support) or directly (Smartnet Support) to assist you accordingly. In any case you should report this to check if there is any kind of (software/hardware) bug on your enviroment.
