cisco ip phone 7965 and 7916

Hi,

I have a strange problem regarding 7916 side cars.We have setup quite a few already but today we have installed 2 and all of them just come up with the Cisco screen but fail to go any further.

any ideas.I think its failing because it can tftp its load down as it is straight out of the box.

any ideas would be useful.Running CME 8.6 and latest firmware on the 7916 and 7965

Hi,

Yes the phone work smooth and correctly , they can upgrade and downgrade also correctly , just the expantion not shown on the phone .
