Cisco IP phone 8845 integration with cucm 10.5.2.11900-3

Hi,

I need to integrate 8845 video phone to 10.5.2.11900-3 as I can't see it under device

I'm planning to do a Device Pack update using cmterm-devicepack10.5.2.13050-1.cop.sgn
I would like to avoid a SU at this stage

Anyone had done it?
Any advice?

Thank you

Hi Louis,

I don't see the device pack 10.5.2.13050-1 on cisco.com but even the device pack 10.5(2)(13049-1 has support for 8845 as shown in the read me file below

http://www.cisco.com/web/software/282074299/130594/cmterm-devicepack10.5.2_13049-1_Release_Notes.pdf

So, you can install any of the latest device pack on all nodes and reboot the cluster and you will be able to add 8845 IP phone.

As Manish correctly mentioned, apply the latest DP and you should be good then

Hi Louis,

If the device is not listed in the dropdown menu on cucm you need the device package to enable that option, simply installing the firmware file does not work.
