Cisco Jabber for Android phones not working

Hi Gents,

Jabber is not working on android phone, but the same works on laptop.

I have CSF for laptop and BOT for android, on login it throws an error : cannot find the server.

What could be the reason?

Can the android device reach the servers via the hostname/fqdn?

Have you reviewed a PRT?

User enters IP address of IM&P manually in Jabber advance settings and it is a reachable.

Do I also need to verify IM&P is reachable by FQDN?

since this for a customer I shall review PRT on my next visit.

What do you use under system -> server? FQDN? hostname? IP?

Are the Android phones connecting to a guest wireless that doesn't have access to the server subnets?
