Cisco KEM on CME -8861

Dear All,

I have a CME with version 12.1 and I have configured the expansion module connected to 8861 IP Phone. 

the following is my configuration.

 

voice register pool 100
busy-trigger-per-button 2
id mac 0056.2B04.D4EE
type 8861 addon 1 CKEM
number 1 dn 100
template 10
cor incoming CSS-INTERNATIONAL default
dtmf-relay rtp-nte
voice-class codec 10
username User100 password 4800
no vad
speed-dial 1 4806 label "Jing"

The KEM is not powering up and we get a message while the phone is starting "Accessory Added:  The phone is not set for the expansion module". Am I missing something in the configuration ?

Hi Abdul,

under voice register global did you issue the command “create profiles”?

Yes, I have issued "no create profile and create profile"

 

Still no luck.
