Hi there,
I am trying to install CUP8.6(4) on the MCS 7825H3 server but it fails and gives error message that "There are no deployments provided by this software that support this hardware" I have also attached picture.
I have had already run the Media Check and that passed so it very strange. My second question is do I have to build RAID first before start installation because I see NO RAID disk message during the installation.
Thanks

Hi Muhammad,
Here is the hardware vs software compatibility matrix for CUPS 8.x:
You need to have 6GB of memory for this to install successfully.
As for the RAID query, please refer to the install guide which talks about the same:

Check out the compatibility info:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cups/8_0/english/compatibility/cupcompatibility8x.html
How much RAM does the server have?
Media check only checks the checksum of the file, it does not validate the hardware.
HTH,
Chris

So is that means we dont need to configure RAID for MCS 7825H3, it will be done by system installer during the installation?

That is your problem, see the notes in the compatibility guide on RAM requirements.
