Cisco Unity 11.5 Closed personal greeting playing twice

Hello 

I was after a bit of advice.

We have unity 11.5 and it seems our person greeting for closed always plays twice.

Times to Re-prompt Caller = 0 but still twice

standard greeting is fine and only plays once.

does anyone have any ideas about this?

Confirm that the alternate greeting is not being played instead of the closed greeting.  Not always easy to determine what greeting is actually being played without some cross referencing.

I would play the greetings (closed and alternate) back within the Unity web interface and make sure that the greeting that is played when you call the extension is that same as the greeting you are looking at in the web interface.

Thank you but alternative is un clicked and has no personal greeting.

just checked this seems to be happening only on closed and it is affecting all of our accounts not just one

What's you're  After Greeting and Callers See configuration on closed greeting page. can you share the screenshot ? looks like there is a loop.

Hi,

After playing Closed Greeting make sure that the call is not routed to another Call Handler or Greeting which is playing the same Closed Greeting.
