Hi all,
We have Cisco Unity Connection 11.5.1 sync'ing with our Microsoft AD. Synchronisation definitely works as new AD users appear and can be imported into Unity.
We have a user that had their account sync'ed to Unity ages ago but not imported. I want to import this user now and have changed the telephone number associated with the user in AD.
The problem is after a sync, the telephone number associated with the users account is not updated in Unity when I look at the import page.
Can anyone advise on how to update this user?

I've seen before where users synch'ed but not added in CUC not have their number change when AD changes. It may be this is expected behavior or a known issue, I don't know.
I've worked around it by going into Import, selecting the user, selecting a template, and when you do that the Extension number field activates allowing you to customize it manually. Change the number to the 'new' number that is in AD and to the Import as normal. Once imported, the users should sync normally. It did for me anyway.
