i am using Call manager 10 just just tried to check voice mail but when i press message button it continuous ring on voice mail number i have tried from other phones but the result same. can anyone help please?

Sounds like your voicemail is not answering the call, you need to let us know what systems are involved, i.e. CUCM and Unity Connection? What version, what integration SIP vs. SCCP.

Thank for your reply but the problem solved i just restart Cisco Unity VM and its working file, i am not voice engineer, if you tell me what service is related to CUC voice message and how to restart from serviceability so i can mark your answer as Correct. and close this topic
