Dears,
I have CUCM connected with Voice Gateway router.
I put a VIC-4FXO card to provide access to the PSTN and receive calls from the PSTN.
Now my problems are:-
1- When I receive a call from the PSTN the cisco phone still ringing (hangup) in spite of that the PSTN close the call.
2- When I try to call from cisco phone to the PSTN there is delay approximateley 10 - 12 seconds.
Apprecite your support,

Ali,
You are facing a couple of issues
1) the fxo disconnect issue
2) You seem to have a inter digit tme out misconfig with your dial peers etc.
May be you could explain your set up in more detail
Are you using H323, MGCP or SIP to talk between your CUCM and v/gway
Could you post your v/gway config
Regards,
Alex.

Now to solve my first issue shall I configure the below on my voice ports??
(config)#voice-port x/x/x FXO_Paper(config-voice)#supervisory disconnect signal FXO_Paper(config-voice)#end FXO_Paper#
So the phone stop ringing at one the other part close the call

You have to find specific disconnect tones for this to work on FXO...maybe you can try with this one (this is for Serbia BTW):
voice class dualtone-detect-params 1
freq-max-deviation 25
cadence-variation 25
!
voice class custom-cptone disconnecting
dualtone disconnect
frequency 425
cadence 500 500
voice-port 0/0/0
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
supervisory custom-cptone disconnecting

This may be a common disconnect issue. Need to create a Custom cp-tone. Is this site based in the middle east?
A PCM capture would help:

Hi Ali
1- This is a famous problem , i hope to take a look for the below
A- to get your frequency and cadence , use the below:-
http://www.3amsystems.com/World_Tone_Database
B-Try to use the below
http://ciscoflair.blogspot.com/2009/05/cisco-fxo-disconnect-issue.html
C-If you go to H323 , This will be the best choice.
Thanks

PCM capture and send it to Cisco to get you the frequency and cadence
They have internal tool which can analyze the disconnect signal properly

As Islam gave a external tool to decode the PCM capture.
Converting it to h.323 will solve half but not entirely of your problems.
Try capturing the PCM. Send it across.

Kevin
