First of all you need to know that there is no such documentation because these are all different components of a solution and as such they are all documented differently..
For IOS features here is a tool that is called the feature navigator, you can check which features are available on which IOS
http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/jsp/index.jsp
Here is a link for interfaces and modules including PVDMS on ISR-G3 routers
Attached are more pdf that details several voice features on different platforms including modules and PVDMs

Voice supported as vague statement, what voice features/functionality are you looking for? Are you looking for it to be PSTN gateway, CUBE, provide call processing, i.e. CME, etc, etc?
44XX and 29/39XX routers are what you can look at and each model data sheet shows voice specific details, i.e. supported modules, number of PVDM slots, etc.
As to IOS you nowadays get universal IOS with UC license key to enable voice features.

Guys I undertsand that its a vague statement interms of Router which can be used for multiple things like CME,PSTN for CUBE, unity express etc when it comes to voice networks.
However It becomes bit dificult to browse through cisco sites to look for all in one information when it comes to a Voice - router.
Got my answer from Ayodeji oladipo !! thanks to all

Steffy
