Closed greeting every time

have to play closed greeting every time in CUC.

Number is no more in use, so customer want to hear closed greeting every time for particular extension.

Just let the call go to CUC and there you create a call handler that have the extension you want to play the message for. On the CH set standard greeting to play and upload the message to it. Easiest way to get the call to CUC is to set the DN you no longer have on any phones up on a CTI RP and set CFA to voicemail.

what you mean by transferring call ? 

 

number not used means, extension not configured on any phones and you need to have message played when calling this number ??

We have extension configured as shared line..dont want to use this extension any more..

 

So if customer dial that extension in future, he should hear a prompt "this brand is closed" kind of..
