Morning,
I would be checking a few things.

1. Under Telephony service do you have the type defined
2. Is the firmware for the phone on your flash and defined in configuration
3. Debug TFTP and check that the phone is requesting and receiving the firmware defined in Telephony Service

Lastly make sure you issue the create cnf-files command,

Let me know how you go.

Bendatcrox,

I answer you:

3. Debug TFTP and check that the phone is requesting and receiving the firmware defined in Telephony Service

Router#

*Jun 10 11:12:09.797: TFTP: Looking for lddefault.cfg

Lastly make sure you issue the create cnf-files command,

Router(config-telephony)#create CNF-files
CNF file creation is already On

Anna,

You need to paste the "tftp-server flash:" commands from the "cme-readme" file stored on your flash. Also you will probably need paste the following command afterwards "tftp-server flash:/phone/7905/.sbin alias .sbin, as this may not be on your read-me file. Below are some examples and websites that can help explain what I'm stating.
