Hi all,
I have a UC520 box which runs the cme 7.0. For external calls to the pilot number, the call hits the FXO trunks and are forwarded to a ephone hunt group . The hunt group is configured sequential, where the first call hits the operator and then the Auto-attendant. The issue here is that the operator phone is dual-line and is seen by the hunt as available even though the main line is busy. Is there a way for the hunt to know that the operator main line is busy and forwards the call to the AA?

Hello,
You will need to stop the hunting to the second channel of the extension.
You ay do so by entering the following command under the dual-line ephone-dn:
huntstop channel
This way the second call coming to this extension will not ring and will be treated as CFB(call forward busy) or if in group should be sent to the next phone or the final if there were no phones left.
HTH,
Alex
