CME 9.1 Shared line between SIP and SCCP phone problem

Dear All,

Im facing a slight yet huge problem and its been running me all over town. I have 2 phones in a CME 9.1 environment - one SCCP and other SIP. We need to use the same DN in both the phones (DN 852).

My configuration is as below -

voice register pool  1

id mac x.x.x

number 1 dn 6

voice register dn  6

number 852

allow watch

name Ashwin

shared-line max-calls 16

label Ashwin

ephone-dn  12  octo-line

Its giving me all wierd results. Sometimes only either of the phones rings, the other times nothing rings. Let me know if you have any solutions.

Being a new feature, can be buggy.

Use SCCP phones anywhere, or contact the TAC.

Dear All,

Solved the problem.

These are the changes that wer done -

Voice register dn <tag> & ephone-dn <tag> should be the same.

Works like a charm.
