HI
i have a cisco cme 7.1
all configuration regarding time, ntp server(which is the same cme), time-zone, clock set..ect have been configured as below:
clocktimezoneYemenT 3
ntp master 1
ntp server 10.0.2.254 (cme ip address)
!
telephony-service
time-zone 31
date-formatdd-mm-yy
time-webedit
The problem is when the router reloads it shows (ip phones too) the time with10 minutes faster than the normal time.
When i log into the cme via the gui, there the time is ok and i have to click set so ip phones return back to the normal time.
Ip phones used are 7911, 7931, 7945 and 7975….
Problem is still occurs even after removing the time-webedit
how can i make the remains correct on the cme after reloading instead of 10 min faster?

Remove 'ntp master'
ntp server 10.0.2.254 <--- WRONG
Addres must be a true NTP server. You should configure at least two servers.
You can search ntp.org for a list of servers.
And finally configure
ntp update-calendar

thanks for replaying
i removed the ntp server config but still the porblem exist. after reloading the router it shows 10min faster than the normal time- so i have to change the time always from R#clock set...... to the correct time.
i used ntp server no more as my cme doesnt connected yet to the internet.
Is there a way to solve this problem with out configuring any ntp servers so i don`t have always to config the correct time after the router reload.
thanks

the amazing is when i log in to the cme via the gui i found the time is correct and by clicking set , the ip phones return to the correct time.
logging via CLI the time shows 10 min faster

You need to connect CME to internet for guarantte of exact time. Otherwise the router its internal clocks, that can drift or be off.
That will also allow you remote CME administration, SIP trunking, and many more advantages.
In any case, it's not normal to reboot a CME that often.
