[CME] CFA to external issues afer upgrade

Hi!

I'm configuring a call forwarding from internal extension to the external number:

ephone-dn 2 dual-line
number 802
name 802
call-forward all 0111222333

There is no physical phone for this DN. It`s a dummy/virtual DN that is already CFA to the outside number. This DN is in monitor button on physical phone:

ephone 1
button 1:1 2m2

User on ephone 1 press button 2 to call number 0111222333.

It`s works on IOS 15.6(3)M - CME 11.5. After upgrade to 15.7(3)M2 - CME 12.0 this not works.

Anybody help?

Can you share an output for "show dial-peer voice summary" ?

20177 pots down down 802$ 0 50/0/298 NA

This configuration worked well before CME upgrade. It`s seems like I can no call forward all an ephone-dn that is not assigned to a registered phone (?)

The dial-peer is in a down state so potentially it cannot handle calls. Can you delete and re-add the DN. You would need to re-add the button command on the ephone post this.

Another extension 670, 671, 672. After delete and e-add DN:

20200 pots up up 671$ 0 50/0/299 NA
20201 pots up up 670$ 0 50/0/300 NA
20202 pots up up 672$ 0 50/0/298 NA

but when re-add button to ephone - CH1 is DOWN:

show ephone

Extension with no CFA on the same phone are OK:

button 3: cw:1 ccw:(0 0)
dn 12 number 712 CH1 IDLE CH2 IDLE monitor-ring shared

I remember I saw a defect sometime ago, can’t recall the code though. Let me look for it.
What platform is this ?
