As you are on IOS 15.2 you may be hitting the default anti toll fraud settings
Try ading this
!
voice service voip
ip address trusted list
Ipv4 192.168.10.0 255.255.255.0

Hi,
thanks for your continuous response in my query. i'll do all your suggestions in my config. i'll also call the service provider to check if their isdn is working properly. i will update again as soon as possible. thanks again.

Alex,
I may be wrong but I am not sure how Toll prevention comes into play here since toll prevention is iP based..This is not an IP to IP call leg. Its an IP to POTS call leg. Unless the Exchange switch form the telco has some form of Toll prevention...I doubt if that command will help

Why a rating of 3 to an answer that is 100% correct and made with the will to help!!?
If you are not ready to leave full rating, do not rate all !
I've re-rated it to partially compensate.

Hi,
Seeking again for your advice. The ISP verified that the pilot number assign in our ISDN is not yet working so i assign the given number blocks as my secondary number in each ip phone and then i tried calling it using different trunk line and it rings. i tried making an outgoing call but there are only two certain ip phone that can pass through even though all of them have the same configuration. also, do i need to assign IP address on my D channel interface(se0/0/0:15)? i've read in cisco documents that is it a requirements but when i browse other sample e1 config, they didn't assign any IP on D-channel interface. below are the outputs of my debug q931. thanks
