CME Night Service

Hey Guys,

I have got night service working but need help with an issue.

Office hours Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 5:30 and Saturday Sunday its closed.

But the issue is when sunday is over Monday early in the morning the night services turns office. Because the Timing is not perfectly.

Could someone help me with this

Use NTP to set router time accurately.

Sorry Paola. That wasnt the issue.

Say sunday I say 00:00 00:00 and then until 8:15 next days night service is turned off.

Its not goign to night service during that off period

Dear Mr. Mohamed.

Please make the seting under telephony-service like this :-

night-service day Sun 08:31 08:30  --> this will cover from sunday 8:31 until monday 8:30 morning

night-service day Mon 17:30 08:30

night-service day Tue 17:30 08:30

night-service day Wed 17:30 08:30

night-service day Thu 17:30 08:30

night-service day Fri 17:30 08:30

night-service day Sat 08:31 08:30 --> this will cover from sat morning 8:31 to sun 8:30
