The "sip profile" describes all the sip settings of the sip trunk, for example early-offer, T38, ANAT. Moreover, through this profile you can setup the settings to monitor the sip trunk and check via CUCM admin page if the sip-trunk is up and running.

You may check the following post: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/9_0_1/ccmcfg/CUCM_BK_CDF59AFB_00_admin-guide-90/CUCM_BK_CDF59AFB_00_admin-guide_chapter_01001110.pdf

thank q  geroge for your support i have one more doubt that is

what is the use of the following parameters

1. accept out of dialog refer

2. accept unsolicited notification

3. accept replace header

The following parameters are the messages that the SIP trunk is able to accept (upon your check). I would strongly suggest you to read the following. to gain some better understanding:

+5 for George for great explanation.  In summary it's another template of settings that may be common across many SIP trunks that rather than defining them on each SIP trunk individually CUCM allows you to do it at the profile level, and then apply the profile to any SIP trunk.
