Hello.
In Cisco 8851 phone (sip88xx.12-8-1-0001-455), session line mode, there are three keys in the left side:
1: Alerting Calls
2: All Calls
3. Answer Oldest
There is a chance that i can add or change those option ?

You can change that to enhanced mode and can use those button for supported features.

The issue is that i don't want to change to enhanced because all the customer phones on session line mode and when i change to enhanced the message on the phone screen change i mean :
A call-> to B in session line mode A see on the screen the number of B and this is good,
while in enhanced mode A call-> to B, A see on the phone screen the number of B but below it on the screen the message "To A" (not make any sense)
