hi there

You have to create a new pattern (without any digit strips) in non-Cisco PBX , the points to CUCM SIP Trunk. Once the call reaches CUCM, it will stip 9 and use the 9.[25478]XXXXXX Route pattern

Hope this Helps

Cheers
Rath!

It depends on you. From PBX You can send with 9 or without 9.

If you send the call   with 9,your call will match with your CUCM RP 9.[25478]XXXXXX . CUCM will strip the 9 and send it to Your ISP.

From PBX if you dont want  to send 9, on CUCM  create a new RP [25478]XXXXXX and  keep this RP in a new partition. And  assign inbound CSS on TRUNK which can access this new RP.
