Hello.

We have call manager 4.1 Head office and our branch office is having CME 7.0. We are not able to do a conference between Head office ext 7250---6250 and vice versa.

But on the other hand the conference between local phones are working very well. The problem is between the branches.

Thanks

Hello,

Can you describe how you have interconnected your CUCM with the CME?

Do you mean that you are not able to call from the CUCM to the CME and vice versa?

Was that working before?

Can you elaborate below

1) Are you able to make a call from CUCM to CME Site
2) Are you able to make a call from CME to CUCM Site?

Are you trying to setup the Adhoc Conference or Meet me Conference.

The reason here is if CUCM IP Phone can call CUCME IP Phone, then they should be able to make conference easily.
Also make sure to check the codec configuration between CUCM and CUCME, because conference bridge by default support G711 only.
