coorporate directory : host not found error message

Hi

I installed CUCM 12.5 SU1

I have ip phone 8811 and 7821

When I try to access coorporate directory on the ip phone, I get the error message : host not found

I chnage the System >Enterprise parameters. and modify the Phone URL values from hostname to IP

Restart the Cisco Trust Verification Service

Restart the Cisco Tomcat service

I have firewall on my network. I permit these trafic

CUCM - IP phone

CUCM - DNS

IP phone - DNS

But still get the error message

Please help

Like others point out and what could be a hint in the log 7821 file is, that the phone cannot establish a connection to CUCM.
In your case, it would be https to CUCM on port 8443.
Have you tried to use the URLs in the enterprise parameter only with "http" instead of "https"?

For what reason did you restart Tomcat and TVS?
Have you reseted the phone to pull the new config file?
What troubleshooting steps did you do?
Have you checked the phone logs?

I restart tomcat and TVS on trobleshoot process found on cisco site

I restarted phone and cucm

I trobleshoot again still have host not found

Please help

Enable the "web access" on the phone configuration page and the enter the IP of the phone with your browser to see the logs.

Do you not allow IP phone - CUCM?

If there is a firewall in between CUCM and phones, check if you are able to open the URL from the  phone subnet.

The issue wad on the firewall. I modified to accept all traffic between Ip phone and CUCM
