CP 8865 3PCC firmware update

On my CP 8865 3PCC the webinterface for configuration stopped working.

I can only access the phone using internet explorer (any newer browser won't work) and then log in as admin and advanced.

Once logged in, it is impossible to access menu items like "Voice".

It seems to me like a firmware issue. Is there any way to update other than through the webinterface?

On internet explorer you can try to use Direct Action URL or just provision a config file with Upgrade_Rule and do a resync.

For Direct Action URL : http://IPADDRESS/admin/advanced/upgrade?http://path_to_loads_file

Thank you for the hint. I tried this way. The phone started loading, but
then the browser simply changed to "Can't access this site".

This is now all I get with any browser... Any other ideas?

Make sure you're pointing to the .loads file. As an alternative, try setting up a TFTP server.

You can send out the link you tried along with a PRT  from the phone and PM it to me. I can take a look.
