I have a problem with CP-7861. The phone is configured in the CUCM, but on the display still lightning "unprovisoned". The phone is not register. Phone have a firmware sip78xx.10-3-1-12.

Steps:
1. Make phone registered on cucm.
2. Delete the primary line of phone on cucm.
3. Wait a minute, phone display title "unprovisioned", it is expected.
4. Restore the primary line DN.
5. Wait a minute, phone will register to cucm.
6. Restart phone and check the UI.
Problem:
Phone display message "unprovisioned" instead of "phone not registered".
At the end, phone can register to cucm.
If the above steps do not fix it, then you can contact TAC and they can help you with ES9 that you can apply on 10.3.1 phone firmware version in order to resolve this.
Note : The above defect is still internal so you cannot view it on CCO.
