CSS changed after setting CFA in a phone

Hi all,

I found that then I configure a Call Forward All by pressing button in a phone, the CFA CSS of the phone in the CUCM will changed automatically.

Is it should be like that? How can I make it does not change?

Yes, this is because the CM service parameter "CFA CSS Activation Policy" is set to use "With             activating device/line CSS", you can change it and define explicit CSSes.
