CUBE running on 2911 (IOS Version 15.2(4)M5) does not show active calls

I have a pair of 2911 routers running as HA pair. When I run the commands "sh call active voice" or "sh sip-ua calls", in either routers, there is nothing in the display even though i know there are multiple active calls. I am wondering if that is the bug in the IOS/router or something else is coming this.

Does show voip rtp connections also shows zero calls?

It was my mistake. I had turned off SIP service stopped under 'voice service voip'. As soon as turned it on (no call service stop), i started seeing calls. I am still investigating why calls are not going through the 2nd CUBE though. Thanks
